Exchange and Returns
We are happy to accept returns of unused items in their original condition (unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached) within 15 days of delivery for store credit only.
We do not offer refunds on orders due to the time and labor that goes into each product. Refunds will only processed based on fulfilment errors, such as incorrectly shipped. Please note that the return/exchange request will only be accepted once.
You can request an at-home pick-up for your returns and exchanges by writing to www.ngari.co . or calling/WhatsApp our customer care at +91 8860025712 from Monday to Friday, between 11:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (IST). We will look into the issue and get back to you within 24-48 business hours.
Please do not accept a delivery if the packaging is not properly sealed or if damaged.
For order issues such as damaged or defective products, please contact us at www.ngari.co within 12-24 hours of receiving the products, along with product images.

In case a product or products are missing from your order, you can call or WhatsApp us at +91 7838207368, or email us at www.ngari.co within 12-24 hours of receiving the products and we will get back to you within 24 hours after the request received.
We will get your order to you as soon as possible! We are taking extra safety precautions with packaging and delivery but we will still aim to have your order with you within 7-9 business days.
In case you have not received your order within the advised time frame, we request you to raise the concern on the same day of receiving the delivery confirmation notification from Ngari.
Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not set as business days for standard and express deliveries.
My money is debited but the order is not confirmed.
In cases like this, your money is completely safe. Due to technical instabilities, the amount sometimes debits but fails to process at the payment gateway. When this happens, the amount is usually reversed to the customer’s account within 24 hours. In the unlikely event that this payment went through, we will either process your order or refund the full amount to the original source of payment.

In case you have received a message of payment failure, you may try to place the order once again. However if your amount has been debited, please do not retry- chances are that your order has already been received to us.
My card payment is declined
We would request you to check with your bank, in case of insufficient balance and/or if your card is currently valid. You could also try clearing your cache and reattempting with a different card or bank account.
Please share your email id and the exact amount charged to us at www.ngari.co so that and we can quickly check at the payment gateway and will inform you accordingly.
Unfortunately we only accept one credit card for payment per order. However, if you wish, you could add all the products you like to your cart, and then purchase them in two or more distinct orders, using different cards or forms of payment.
What are the accepted payment methods for domestic transactions?
We accept the following modes of payment for domestic transactions:

Unfortunately, the items which you have added to your basket have been sold out.
Cancellations and Modifications
Order's can be cancelled (whole/partially) only before they are dispatched. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and our regular return/exchange policies will be applicable.
Yes, your shipping address can be modified before the order is invoiced/dispatched. Once invoiced/dispatched, no changes can be made to the address.
No, unfortunately, we are unable to modify the products (size/fit/colour) once an order is placed.
